Justin Bieber accused of attacking man in downtown Cleveland
A Las Vegas man on Tuesday accused Justin Bieber of attacking him in downtown Cleveland after an NBA Finals game in June. Watch video CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Justin Bieber punched a man several times in a dispute over photographs and a camera that happened outside a downtown Cleveland hotel following a June NBA Finals game, according to a police report filed Tuesday.  Rodney Cannon, 34, of Las Vegas, told Cleveland police that Bieber punched him at least three times and that he suffered an "acute head injury" and a possible concussion, according to the report. Bieber, 22, has not been charged with a crime as of Wednesday. The incident happened on June 8 outside the Westin Hotel on St. Clair Avenue. Cannon told police that he met Bieber at the hotel as Bieber walked in after the game. They walked into the hotel together and eventually shared a drink, the police report says. The pop star grabbed the man's glasses as they left, and Cannon took a photo of him, according to the report. Bieber was angered that Cannon took the picture, according to the report. Cannon said he'd agree to delete it if Bieber returned his glasses, according to police. Bieber grabbed Cannon's phone and started deleting photos. Cannon grabbed his phone back because Bieber didn't return the glasses, police reports say. Bieber punched Cannon in the face several times as he reached for the glasses, police reports say. Cannon told police that he wrestled Bieber to the ground and was punched several more times by Bieber's bodyguards, according to the police report. Bieber damaged Cannon's phone, police reports say. Cannon eventually went to Spring Valley Hospital in Nevada for treatment, according to police reports. Cannon told police he has video of the incident. Video of the fight was posted by TMZ.com in June but Cannon did not file the report with police until Tuesday. Messages left with Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, and his attorney, Aaron Rosenburg, were not immediately returned. A phone number listed for Cannon on the police report went to a voicemail that was not accepting messages.
