The event will open with a welcome by Tim Daley, monument executive director, and remarks by Ted Prasse, monument commission president. An invocation will be offered by Rev. A presentation of wreaths will be made in honor of those who lost their lives as a result of the attacks in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
